It attempts to fill the existence study gap on the effect of satisfaction with e-learning on knowledge sharing. Results shown that there is positive relationship between perceived usefulness, perceived quality, perceived ease of use, interpersonal influence, external influence and satisfaction with e-learning. Furthermore it was proved that there is strong and positive relationship between satisfaction on e-learning and knowledge sharing
