Team members then operate together in synergy with common goals within their internal and external environments.If the team establishes a common identity it then becomes possible for evangelism and mission to unfold.With the shortage of clergy in the Anglican Church, we are able to continue with exiting ministry processes if we are open to engaging our laity in the development of shared team ministry programs.
