This study depicts the potency of insecticide Lambdacyhalothrin-synthetic pyrethroid. Toxicity study on Lambdacyhalothrin which was carried out at Arbo-virus and Vector Research center Enugu,using insectary bred strain of anopheles gambiae and its life cycle stages established it to be very noxious against the malaria vector impacting both contact and systemic effect on them.
