The book introduced a new procedure to determine the equilibrium time exactly for plasma and neutral gases mixture using the properties of the non-equilibrium distribution functions. Analytic solutions of the linear and nonlinear systems of partial differential equations, based on the BGK (Bhatnagar- Gross- Krook) model of kinetic equation together with Maxwell equations, which governing the rarefied gases, plasma and their mixture, are studied.
