Thirty students from Banaras Hindu University were selected as subjects for this study. The age of the subjects ranged between 20-25 years. The subjects were divided into three groups i.e. Two experimental groups (Surya Bhedan & Bhramari Pranayama) and one control group. Static Balance and Dynamic Balance Abilities were selected as Dependent variables and Surya Bhedan Pranayama and Bhramari Pranayama were considered as Independent variables. In order to find out the Comparative Effects of Bhramari Pranayama and Surya Bhedan Pranayama on Balance Abilities (static and dynamic), Descriptive Statistics and Analysis of Co-Variance (ANCOVA) were used.
