It examines the nature of governance; governing body and the adequacy of governance with regards to transparency and accountability in the management of this organisation. In particular it argues that the goals of Hindu organisations must be clear and understood by the general stakeholders to ensure that activities fall within the parameter of other similar organisations in the region. It is further established that the organisation needs to strengthen its coordination of rural cultural activities and implementations of projects so that all interest groups are better informed and are able to participate in the governance of the SSDPS of Fiji.
