Termomineral sources are heterogeneous composition of the water. This is a vast natural wealth so allows, primarily the development of spa and health tourism. In this scholarly work is processed and presented all possibilities and perspectives for development of thermal (spa) Tourism existing spas in the country: Bansko, Debar baths, Katlanovska bathroom Kezhovica Bath, Bath Kocani, Kumanovo bath, Bath Strnovac in Old Nagoricane Negorska and Bath.
