Recommendations will then be made and a code of good practice will be established on how to deal with educators who sexually abuse their learners promptly, effectively – without causing any further harm to the child in question. The main aim of this work is to establish a code of good practice for dealing with educators who sexually abuse children in an efficient, effective and insightful manner which is rooted in the laws, codes and integrity of South African legislation, which gives effect to the Constitution.
