This book focuses on a specific issue of the former Yugoslavia''s dissolution, on the recognition of new states particularly on the long-awaited independence of Kosovo, which has been declared on 17th of February 2008, when 109 Kosovo''s parliament member signed the Declaration of Independence and proclaimed Kosovo as a state.
