The nature of the work is comparative, descriptive as well as theoretical. On the basis of a careful analysis, this thesis reveals that the serial verb construction and complex predicates are two syntactically different forms and possess their own features and properties in Gojri. this work refutes the idea that Indo Aryan languages do not have serial verb formation.
