Today these are invisible. The question being addressed is “ Does the invisibility of the Karanga traditional religion mean that it is on the decline.”The study was carried in Masvingo urban District and surrounding areas. Diagnosis and therapy were used as units of analysis because they point to spiritual conceptions and ritual practices of the Karanga. The study established that there is an increase in traditional beliefs and practices although these have taken a more hidden form .
