Each year hundreds of thousands able and experienced teachers are fleeing from the classrooms of our public schools. This is happening at a time when such instructors are desperately needed especially when the national achievement record of our public schools is so abysmal. My main purpose in writing his memoirs as an attempt to identify my own experiences with those of other teachers. Hopefully in that matter through inspiration from my own challenges and successes as a public school teacher and real estate investor I hope to rekindle the flame of optimism and dedication to children, that still remain in our hearts of those who chose to teach before and now are uncertain of their future education.
