Описание
Accounting for Club Operations presents accounting concepts and explains how they apply to specific operations within the club industry. This book is written primarily for financial executives and managers in the club industry. In addition, hospitality students at both the two-year and four-year college levels will find it instructional. Readers of this book should already be familiar with basic accounting concepts and procedures and perhaps will have taken an introductory course in basic accounting. Each chapter begins with an outline and a list of the competencies that the chapter addresses. At the end of each chapter, there are a number of review questions and problems designed to test the reader's understanding of the concepts covered within the chapter. In addition, each chapter has a glossary of key terms used within the chapter. Terms that are boldfaced in the chapter text are defined at the end of the chapter.
