The first five papers address the effects of institutions of governance (at the workplace and corporate levels), including new forms of workplace governance (e.g., self-directed teams), a traditional form (or trade unions) and financial participation schemes. The subsequent three papers turn to the issues of the determinants of the incidence of such institutions, followed by two theoretical contributions. The paper by Tor Eriksson introduces a new survey of participatory employment practices in Danish firms, and connects these practices to productivity gains for the firm and wage gain for workers. Jose Alberto Bayo-Moriones, Pedro Javier Galilea-Salvatierra, and Javier Merino-Diaz de Cerio introduce a new telephone survey of participatory employment practices in 965 manufacturing establishments in Spain, and

Светлана Доброго времени суток, Светлана! Хочу поблагодарить Вас. Я вчера сдала работу после вашего сопровождения и защитила ее на отлично!!! Не могу сказать, что преподаватель был в восторге, но изучал работу очень заинтересованно и в итоге не нашел ничего, к чему можно было бы придраться. Мое мнение о работе исключительно положительное. Если честно впервые внимательно прочитала ее за 3 часа до сдачи, но меня поразило насколько легко, последовательно и логично был представлен материал, за счет чего я смогла за 2 часа изучить работу настолько, что была на 99% уверена в знании любого вопроса в рамках материала курсовой работы. Кроме того, могу отметить очень органическую связь между теоретическим материалом и практикой, проще говоря, знакомясь с практической частью у меня не возникало вопросов, типа как обосновать или на основании чего было сделано то или иное утверждение.
