The inferences formulated in the present investigation have been under taken to evaluate the impact of inutero, lactational exposure to sodium arsenite on male reproductive system in mice. The plan of work includes the effects in first generation, tissue index, sperm parameters reproductive performance like histological studies of testes, gravimetric and biochemical parameters.
