Bread baking consists of four Energy consuming Operations namely Mixing, Kneading, Moulding and Baking. Each of these Operations requires Thermal Energy, Manual Energy and Energy consumed in kneading Operation as a result of Diesel Fuel used (ECKD) or their combination.
