This book introduces influence of different factors through the complex relative dielectric constant. Failure of dielectrics leads to failure of the system. Therefore, benefits of such insights are in reducing environmental damage and economical losses, and to prevent casualties. This book proposes an algorithm for the selection of dielectrics, which can help developers in making their products more reliable.
