My project aims the removal of this excessive hardware and to use easily available items.It introduces a new idea of, “Electronic Control System Based on Hand Gestures “.According to this idea we will control electronic equipment by simple hand gestures. Employing Computer vision and Artificial intelligence techniques. There are other techniques such as Voice recognition or sensor based gloves that are used for the same purpose of control. But our approach is different from the above mentioned techniques on the following basis; 1).Less number of gestures are used for more precision and accuracy 2.)It requires low processing power to process simple free hand gestures 3.)It is light invariant 4.)All operation takes place in real-time 5.)Less hardware and circuitry
