Cognitive radio is a new approach for optimal use of spectrum. To achieve this goal, it is important to make maximum use of the frequency spectrum and do it without having to interfere between different users. So we create a network of nodes("cognitive networks") use the same strategy to achieve optimal use of spectrum. To make reliable relationships between different users in the network, we need to each node identifies the received signal as well as. The recognition directly affects the performance of cognitive radio.
