Syntactic Foams made from hallow microspheres and polymer matrix becomes well known. Lots of studies have been made on syntactic foam in order to get the best benefit of them. Those studies have shown that most of the characteristics of Syntactic Foam mainly depend on the volume fraction the size and distribution of microballoons. Variation in physical properties had been obtained by varying the size of the microballoons and volume fraction. Moreover, adding of other material like nanoclays were made in syntactic foam to improve the energy absorption. This study is devoted to investigate the effect non-uniformity of particle distribution over the matrix strength of the material.
