Factors influencing performance of informal labourers in the construction industry in Kenya include : terms and conditions of employment occupational health and safety related requirements and inadequate organization culture among others.They therefore exhibit features of poverty ,powerlessness ,exclusion and vulnerability. This calls for concerted effort by the government,employers , employees and other stakeholders to address the factors that negatively influence the performance of informal labourers
