Chapter III, the methodology, covered with the selection of subjects, designed of the training programme, tests & measurement technique have been discussed. Result and analysis of the findings have been made in chapter IV. Age and sex wise group discussions was the main features and later inter group analysis have been made to arrive definite conclusions on the effect of strength and strength endurance training on young boys & girls.Summary of the whole research report are presented in chapter V.
