This is my Masters Thesis that I was required to complete for my MA in Kinesiology in 2004. After completing my undergrad in 1999 I played professional baseball for 2 seasons in the Frontier League of Professional Baseball. I have always been fascinated by the mind/body connection and as a player my understanding and practice of it proved advantages. Since completing my MA and retiring from pro ball the process of becoming one with the elements of experience have continued considerably. More recently, I have spent the past 15 years practicing, studying and experiencing Vijnana Yoga. Yoga immediately presented to me a mental and physical discipline that revealed what I like to refer to as, "ancient sport psychological techniques."
