The research was a qualitative case study which investigated the experiences and perceptions of disabled students with regard to service provision and support in a higher educational institute through the narrative approach. The study followed on a quantitative study done by UNESCO (1997) whose report acknowledged the lack of a ‘voice’ of disabled students. This work therefore, attempted to provide the missing ‘voice’ and offer new insights into experiences of disabled students in higher education. This book therefore, may be useful to students of social studies, disability studies and postgraduate students with interest in case study research; policymakers, educators, planners with a passion for how disabled students learn in higher education. It is hoped that the study offers new knowledge that can inform both policy and practice in higher education.
