Under the topic “Free Trade Zone factory supervisors: A social psychological inquiry into their work-related experiences” this book, therefore, closely examines the situation of supervisors working in a Free Trade Zone factory in Katunayake, Sri Lanka, focusing on their work experiences and the psychological implications of these experiences. The work-experiences of supervisors are identified in six important areas.
