The universe of the present study consisted of one of the major city of Pakistan, Lahore. Sample of 100 respondents were drawn by accidental sampling technique. A well-organized keenly structured interview schedule was used as a tool of data collection and researcher personally did the fieldwork. Findings of the study showed that the status of the aged people effected with the increase in modernization or change in social values.
