The present study is a collection of several fact-finding and cause and effects of institutional and non institutional deliveries from the secondary data of national family health survey-3 conducted by the government of India (2005-06).The research is restricted to one of the poor and backward state of India i.e. Orissa. As Orissa is a weak indicator with regard to public health especially maternal and child health.
