Violence against children is not an issue of any specific region or country; or of any specific religion, caste, race, generation or culture. It is a worldwide phenomenon which had been poisoning the lives of children. It has been a discipline in many cultures, religions and societies. Despite the concentration and serious efforts of NGOs, civil societies and different international organizations like UNICEF to reveal the extent of the issue, we are lacking authentic, complete and reliable information which can paint the picture of this all-inclusive problem.
