Modified and furthermore extended versions of the Beer Game Model (BGM) are developed to demonstrate how disruptions that may happen to the upstream agent can influence the whole SC performance, and how sharing the disruption information, which flows in reverse order from upstream agents to down stream agents, can help effectively blocking the evolution and transmission of risk in the SC and hence improving the performance of SC
