The focus is to challenge the young people, particularly the adolescents to take on leadership roles at their own level as a form of cultivation for them for becoming future leaders. This kind of process helps them to promote pro-social values such as community service, which will benefit them and leave the community with their positive impact. It is good to note that adolescents are persons in the developmental stages marked with the onset of puberty. This group has two main psychosocial needs associated with this period of growth. First, adolescents need something to believe in and they are in search of people whom they can trust. Therefore, there is need for leadership and learning for the future leaders. Leadership is about engaging, and engagement requires learning. The sole purpose of leadership is to get people engaged and to engender them with a desire to participate in the leadership vision and mission. This is the task for the present and future leaders.
