The study aimed to foster its ability to help the Albay Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office to attain zero-casualty in times of disaster; draw an operational pooling model to be adopted by the local broadcast media in times of disaster, and to mainstream the local broadcast media in disaster risk reduction management.
