In order to achieve this objective, workers of these organizations would have to re-align their value systems to suit the mind sets of their managers. Nevertheless, there is currently a lack of knowledge on the rate at which African workers can jettison their societal values by assimilating the cultural values of their organizations which are aimed at improving business performance or their capacity to tenaciously hold on to the cultural values of the society that they have been socialized into prior to gaining employment in modern organizations.
