In the adolescent, pregnancy and childbirth are the leading causes of maternal death due to the early childbearing in developing countries. Adolescents in Nepal have been hit hard by problems occurring during this period and the situation is mostly because many had lack of adequate knowledge & understanding of the reproductive process. Access to health services in Nepal is also limited due to remote mountainous areas, poor infrastructure, lack of sufficient and qualified health personnel, and socio-cultural.
