In this work we show how infinite electric networks consisting of identical resistors can be analyzed using Lattice Green's Function. We present a formalism which is valid for a d- dimensional perfect infinite networks, and a perturbation part for square and Simple Cubic networks. Finally an experimental part for the square and Simple Cubic networks (both perfect and perturbed) has been introduced.
