Book examines the economic analysis of fish hatchery operations in Ogun State, Nigeria. One hundred and twenty practitioners were selected using multi-stage sampling techniques and structured interview guides to elicit information. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Result revealed that most of the respondents were males, married, educated, bred Clarias spp and used deep well water. Generated the mean income of N1,088,933.3, N1,072,133.3, N1,122,166.7 and N976,151.3 in Abeokuta, Ijebu-Ode, Ikenne and Ilaro zones respectively. Major constraints hindering business were poor marketing, poor genetic brood stocks, high inflation rate in the economy, poor infrastructural facilities and lack of finance. ANOVA revealed that there were significant differences among socio-economic characteristics of fish breeders in the four zones.
