With regard to contract farming in poultry industry the economic links between companies and those in the farming industry have increased exceptionally in the last two decades. This research study focuses on the effect of Integrator Involvement and Grower Involvement, in the production of broilers by contract in Malaysia and determines how integrator involvement and grower involvement, regulated by management skills, impacts business performance.
