Root knot nematodes are the major constraints for vegetable crop production in Pakistan. The objectives of experiments were the application of bio-products (Vampire, Axiom, Fline) as seed dip treatment and seedling dip treatment and to determine the efficacy of most effective concentration of bio-product on the invasion and development of root knot nematode. One experiment on the effect of bio-products (Vampire, Axiom, Fline) on nematode reproduction and their influence on plant growth were run for 60 days and second experiment on development of J2 in roots of tomato growing in the presence of bio-products was run for 60 days. At harvest of data on population of J2 penetration and development, final J2 population in roots and soil, galling index, number of females/ 1 gm of soil, root galling and egg masses was assessed on 0-5 scale.
