Technical constrains reported by farmers were improper design, clogging and lateral breakage. Improper demonstration on field, irregular guidance and supervision were some other extension constraint. The other major constraint was irregular electrical supply. The economic suggestions, technical suggestions, extension suggestions and other suggestions were invited from the respondents to overcome the above mentioned constraints.
