 The matters concerning adolescent sexual behaviour is concerned with giving adolescents proper education to enable them contribute their own quota to the development of the society. The present behaviour of adolescents in relation to their sexual behaviour calls for concern and all hands must be on deck to salvage the situation.Risky sexual behavior is common among Adolescents. Condom use at the time of first sexual intercourse was very low among these Adolescent. It is against this background that this study examined the adolescents’ sexual behavior and reproductive Health in Donga Local Government Area of Taraba State, Nigeria. It was conclude and recommended that all stakeholders in adolescent sexual behaviour and reproductive health matters, collaborate to reinforce reproductive and sexual health education among adolescent students and provide them with convenient and optional services that are easily accessible.
