Due to increased population and urbanization, parks and recreational spaces are squeezing day by day in Dhaka and the ongoing development is more focused on the benefit of adults than children. After 20 years of adoption of Convention on the Right for Children by UN which secured children’s right to get special needs, the condition has not been improved as expected. Children, a significant amount of urban population have not been prioritized in providing parks and recreational space, are evident not using public parks as well as neighborhood parks.
