For a country like Nepal, where the majority of people are still dependent on agriculture based economy, the existing limited flat agricultural lands are of utmost importance due to its geographical constrains and associated social and religious values. While in the other hand, prime agricultural lands of the country, mainly the Kathmandu valley, which produced the staple food, is decreasing at the cost of urban growth.
