The study was focused on exploring and defining new target molecules of the BPA and phthalates based on experimental as well as modeling and docking studies. Identification of probable biological targets of synthetic xenoestrogens Bisphenol-A and phthalates were accomplished using Enzyme Inhibition studies, x-ray crysttalography and/or Insilco modeling. Interactions of these xenoestrogens with proteins Super oxide dismutase (SOD), Glucocorticoid Receptor (GR), pancreatic phospholipase A2 (PLA2) have been studied.
