It is been more than 30 years since the AIDS was firstly identified. Since then, a lot was written about its medical, social, cultural and psychological causes and consequences. HIV infected people suffered not only medical consequences but they were stigmatized, isolated and excluded intentionally by the rest of the society by being labeled as immoral and dangerous. This was caused by the lack of adequate information. In this regard, the aim of the book is to examine students’ attitudes toward people living with HIV/AIDS in Kosovo. The publication of this book is important for academic community and policy makers for two reasons. First, there is no similar book which treats in detail the issue of stigmatization, discrimination and attitudes of young people toward people living with HIV/AIDS in Kosova.
