In the recent days, it has been observed that there is a growing trend of suicides,firing shots at their compatriots/seniors on trivial issues like denial of permission to go on leave, work overload or job dissatisfaction etc. These incidents are not confined to local police only but also common to paramilitary forces that are engaged in internal security duties.
