It analyses the interpretations of the ultra-Zionist and the anti-Zionist Orthodoxy on five topics related to the Jewish redemption. These are the role of humanity, the process of redemption, the Three Oaths, the Holocaust and the State of Israel. The conflicting ideologies of the Jewish Orthodoxy are exemplified by two movements: Gush Emunim represents messianic Zionism and Satmar represents anti-Zionism.
