Four Socially mobilized community organizations (COs) were randomly selected in Shaktikhor VDC of Chitwan and survey was done in selected COs to collect the data and information. SPSS, STATA and Excel program were used to analyze the data. The incidence, depth and severty of poverty was analyzed before and after joining to the COs. Different indicators on health and eudcaton were analyzed and compared. Five variables were considered to be affected on gross household income and regression analysis was done. The gini coefficient and lorenz curve were compared before and after joining COs. Sustainability of COs were judged by developing twelve major indicators and five sub indicaotrs in each of major indicator with assigned value in each of minor indicator so that maximum of 100 score was possible and sustainability was judged by the score obtained by COs.
