This study gains significance from Edward Said's perspectives in his Orientalism to shed light on spatial identity of Marlow and Kurtz in Heart of Darkness, Jim in Lord Jim and Nostromo in Conrad's Nostromo. This sudy elaborates the influence of the space and colonialism in creating identity crisis and alienation in both colonized and colonizer.
