The present study explains about the nonlinear frequency translation hearing aid show better speech performance compared to conventional hearing aids. There was a significant difference between speech recognition performances in the two hearing aid settings. A slight overall improvement can be noted for nonlinear frequency translation hearing aid than for conventional one.
