In the last three years the government has influenced the administrative issues such as promotions and transfers to put the “like-minded” personnel of the government in favorable positions, so that the interest of the government can be met. By going through the newspapers over the last three years, it can be deducted that the government has failed to meet the expectation of the people and have not been able to manage the civil service in a well-coordinated way, which have resulted in slow economic growth.
