The possibility of Internet use in order to provide services may become an important advantage for the better function of local authorities. Also, it could be an important asset for the improvement of quality in citizens’ service. However, the application of such development practices depends, on the one hand on the ability of civil society to adopt and use such servers and on the other hand on the actions of first degree local authorities to promote this innovation for the benefit both of civil society and the local government.
